Prices listed are for the whole apartment for the stated days, not per person.
All rates include cleaning fees, local Taxes & VAT
Payment can be made by Cheque* / Bank transfer/ IBAN or by PayPal.
*cheque must clear before booking can be confirmed
Are you booking more than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period?
- You pay 25% of the rental amount at time of booking.
- You then pay the balance of the rental amount plus the £100 security* deposit 8 weeks before the start of the rental period.
Are you booking at, or within 8 weeks of the start of the rental period?
- Then you pay the full rental amount plus the £100 security* deposit at time of booking.
If you need to cancel more than 8 weeks before the start of the rental period
- Then you get back all monies paid except for 25% of the rental fee
If you need to cancel at, or within 8 weeks of the start of the rental period
- Then you forfeit the £100 security* deposit and a minimum of 25% of the rental fee. If we can't re-let the apartment for that period, you forfeit the remaining monies paid too.
We strongly recommend you have adequate holiday/cancellation insurance for this unfortunate eventuality, and to cover yourself in case of medical emergency / repatriation / mountain rescue etc.
*A security/damage/cancellation deposit of £100.00 is to be paid at the time of booking. This will be refunded within 10 days of the end of the rental period, less any deductions for breakages and damage. The apartment is checked after your departure by our local management services team.
We appreciate that accidents can happen and will not charge for the odd broken glass as long as you inform the management team (we will leave details of their numbers in the apartment) so that we can get them replaced before the next people arrive.
Apartment cleaning. The apartment will be clean and ready for you to use. We would ask you to treat our apartment with care and consideration. All we ask is that you wash & dry up and leave any rubbish in the bins provided. If you leave the apartment in an unreasonably dirty condition we will charge additional fees for cleaning.
Groceries. We supply a complimentary welcome pack of essentials (tea, coffee, milk, sugar & bottled water). We can supply a more comprehensive basket of goodies to order.
PLEASE NOTE: No smoking or pets allowed in the apartment - we ask that guests please respect this.
